2. Quads behind partial cover are evil incarnate.
3. Colin has created miniatures 'starter packs', to go on sale soon. These contain four mechs and (I think) some sort of rules, and would go on sale at a price cheaper than the sum total.

Colin also says each pack will contain two IS, two Clan mechs. This should be interesting.
actually what i would really want to do is have a demo set of painted metal counterparts to the new box set so that if we ever need to demo a game, we'll be prepared! hexed terrain would be the icing on the cake, pity we dont have the space
