wah... kwat got a Building of Evil SRMs? hmm... can i set fire to the building?
oh yeah... need some rules clarifcations
1) can infantry or BA fire SRMs into a target in the same hex?
2) how do the infantry transport rules work now?
3) if flamers hit a building with infantry in it, how is damage calculated? is is per the anti-personnel damage or the normal damage?
4) can infantry flamers do heat to a mech again?
1) Yes. Only infantry(and BA) can do so.
2) The rules are in TW. Too long and involved to type out here!
3) Damage is calculated as though it is a direct fire weapon with infantry receiving less damage due to building bonuses. For a flamer attack against any infantry in a building, it is 2/10 = 0.2, rounded up to 1. Only one trooper is killed. As you can see, infantry in buildings are now VERY hard to kill!
4) Yes.
My force composition could take a while to form up...hopefully I can get it up by friday latest, but no promises.
No rush. I'm settling the admin matters for holding it at Settlers. I think 6-10 players, would be just nice for the event. At the very least, we'd have 5 players in the afternoon.
